Welcome to the Charles Sumpter State Farm Agency. My office has been located in Bethesda since 1995. We serve the entire states of Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC. I am a graduate of Michigan State University, BA - Accounting. I have remained active with continued education and have my CLU through the American College. We support local food banks and many other charities in the area.
